Scientist Peter Ulof is forced to develop a technique to turn men invisible so Paul Krenner can create an invisible army to sell to the highest bidder. Safecracker Joey Faust is busted out of prison and forced to undergo the treatment so he can steal more radium. The plans go awry when they discover there are side effects no one counted on.
