Five miles below the surface of planet Earth, a new fear is born.
 
A scientist is trying to discover the intentions of a fleet of UFO's that are circling the Earth.  When they attack he finds himself mixed up with a sheriff and his deputies transporting some prisoners. This unlikely group is forced to seek shelter from the attack in a nearby cave, not knowing how significant the location is to the alien's plans.
